Building on his success coaching professional colleagues in their quest for new positions, Frank Wolf accepts clients seeking careers in the not-for-profit and higher education sectors.

Mr. Wolf is well prepared to provide useful job search advice. He has given four decades to college teaching and the development and administration of educational programs, and has more than thirty years of experience in hiring and supervising professionals in a variety of senior roles.

His academic career culminated in his appointment as the founding Dean of Columbia University’s School of Continuing Education in 2002.  He retired in 2006 when he was appointed by the Thomas J. Watson Foundation as Director of the Jeannette K. Watson Fellowship, a personal and professional development and mentoring program working with undergraduates at 12 New York City colleges, a position he continues to hold along with his consultation practice.

Mr. Wolf’s approach to job coaching is straightforward. He forges a partnership with clients seeking new directions in higher education or the not-for-profit work force. Together they establish realistic goals, explore available resources, and identify professional opportunities.
